PRIVACY Policy

 

1. All Things Ukrainian, Inc. (hereafter referred to as ATU, "we," or "us") does NOT share your personal information with anyone outside ATU.  Your information remains confidential, and we take great care to protect it.
2. Customers who select online credit card payment during Checkout will be directed to a secure payment processing website  hosted by Moneris Solutions. 

3. For customers who call us to provide credit card payment, we may record your credit card information temporarily on paper while we process your payment through Moneris Solutions.  We will destroy this information as soon as possible after processing and shipment.

4. ATU may store only the last four digits of the credit card number and the expiry date (as permitted) in our accounting system, and will not store any full credit card number or verification code (CID/CVS) electronically.

5. ATU only maintains basic personal information, which you provided to us, in our accounting system and in the label system of the shipping company, for the purpose of processing and shipping, or for contacting you with questions.

6. ATU does NOT send unsolicited e-mails (spam.)  If you provided to us an e-mail address, you will receive e-mails about your order.  

7. If necessary, ATU will attempt to contact you first by your preferred method (by telephone or by e-mail) indicated on the order form during Checkout.  If we receive no response, we may attempt to contact you by the other method or by regular post.

8. For some customers, from time to time, ATU may need to contact you with new information about our ordering process or changes in our company.  This information will be either specific to the customer, or it will contain pertinent information to help you place an order in the future.  This information will be as brief as possible, and will not contain advertising. 
9. If you have provided your e-mail address to ATU for the North Carolina customers' e-mail notification list, we will only send e-mails which we believe are of interest to the North Carolina Ukrainian community or to Friends of NC Ukrainians.  This includes, but is not limited to, festivals in which All Things Ukrainian participates, and other Ukrainian or Church related activities.  We do not use this for product advertisements or sales.  Your e-mail address is added because you instruct us to include it, and it may be removed at any time, simply by contacting us.
10. You may visit All Things Ukrainian on Facebook for new items updated to the Website.  However, some customers prefer to be notified by e-mail (or telephone) when we receive new items or a particular item of interest.  If you make such a request, one of us at ATU will first inform you whether or not it will be possible to request a particular item, and if so, will make every effort to find and order it.  When and if the item of interest is uploaded to the Website, we will then send to you notification at the e-mail address which you provided, one time only.  You must re-verify your interest after each notification.  Any time you ask for notification, this in no way obligates you to make a purchase, nor do we guarantee that we can find and stock a particular item.  We simply promise to attempt to find and order the item(s), and to notify you at the appropriate time.  It is your responsibility to notify us if your e-mail address changes before notification.  If your e-mail address bounces, we will not attempt to notify you further.
11. All Things Ukrainian, Inc. reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.
